You Are Not Alone Ministries

A ministry that was birthed from the heart of God.

Our Beginning

It all began with a suggestion to reach out to women who are out in the streets. Our director took on the challenge and took it to God, where he told them this was not just going to be for women, but for the drug addicted, and the homeless. It was while organizing a singles gathering that God gave us "You Are Not Alone" we took it a step further and created the abbreviations "Y.A.N.A." and that's how it was born.

Our Vision

The Vision of the ministry is Expanding God's Kingdom here on earth, one soul at a time. We do this by addressing the immediate need, for God instructed us to do so, and that the spiritual need will then come followed by the transformation. During Y.A.N.A.'s first summer, we handed out blessing bags with essentials and personal hygiene items along with a track which shares the love of God. We served and prayed for over a hundred lives, through the power of Holy Spirit. Following this, a drug house was also shut down through prayer at a nearby location.

How You Can Help

The ministry is in great need of donations and $5 gift cards to places such as McDonalds, Burger King, and/or Wendy's. God revealed to us that the gift card will ensure access to bathroom facilities, which the denial of facilities has been an ongoing issue for this population of our community.
